Behavior Redirection Visual Reminder Cue, Behavior Plan, Bip, Sped, Stop Sign
Description
Visual reminders to behavior redirection can be super helpful! This resource includes 5 pages of mini STOP sign redirection helpers.
Great for regular classrooms, sped, IEPs, behavior or BIP students, because it is a discreet, direct, and explicit way to request a student stop their behavior and then make a better choice.
1. Print
2. Laminate
3. Cut
4. Use in classroom, or even in elective classes and the cafeteria!
I kept a few in my pocket during the school day and used them in my music room, 4th Grade ELAR classroom, 5th grade ELAR classroom, and during morning and cafeteria duty. If I noticed a student disrupting class, not on task, or not following directions etc., I would put one on their desk or hand it to them with a look. My students already knew what the stop signs were for, because it was part of our procedures, but even newer students knew what to do after reading it.
Thank you for looking and Happy Teaching!
