All students' clothespins start on "Ready to Learn" and move up or down on the chart based on their choices. This is a great behavior tool because it allows recognition for those who make good choices, rather than all of the attention being on those who are acting up.

Fun Idea for Use: Every time a student gets to the top of the chart, they can add a small star sticker or jewel or any small decoration to their clip and once they get a certain amount, there is a reward (or it can just be for the sake of making it cute and being able to have as many decors as possible :))

Star Student awards are included for you to give to students who reach the top! The awards come in 5 colors - blue, purple, pink, yellow, and green - as well as a fully black and white kind that students can color although they're decorative enough that they don't need to be colored :)
