Basic positive behavior intervention plan (editable and fillable template)

ABOUT THE BASIC PBIP: A Positive Behavior Intervention Plan (PBIP) is developed once a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) is completed and the team reaches a consensus that a PBIP is needed. The purpose of a PBIP is to change student behavior through the implementation of positive interventions that involve making adjustments to the environment, teaching and reinforcing appropriate behaviors, and providing consistent and meaningful consequences for behavior intervention. The BASIC PBIP is appropriate to use following the completion of a BASIC FBA.
