Baguette Va à Paris a French Language Learning Comic

In this 4-page comic, a wiener dog named Baguette visits his best bird friend Claire for her birthday, but endures major travel problems en route to France. The story is the first from a collection of graphic shorts starring Baguette and Claire. Ever-loyal Baguette is devoted to his best friend, but her thirst for adventure keeps pushing him further outside his comfort zone. Just how much will Baguette risk to stand by his friend?

These stories animate French learning with high-interest, lovable characters and simple, present-tense language. Each comic page includes illustrated follow-up questions to develop comprehension and vocabulary for new French language learners. Answers included.

After readers enjoy the comic and complete the questions, they can read aloud the comic in pairs, with one reader acting as the dog Baguette, and the other taking the parts of the supporting characters.
