⇒ Two options for a cover page in color and b&w (it is really cute if you print the b&w cover and back page on a colored piece of paper…I like to use our school colors !)
⇒Every student in the class will fill out this page and place it inside of the booklet.
⇒Blank letter template for a girl or boy. This could be used in place of page 6 or along with it.
⇒Blank letter template (male and female teacher) for the teacher to write a letter to the student.
⇒ Poem from the teacher to the student (male and female teacher versions in color and b&w). I used this as the last page of the booklet.
