Description
Hot Seat is one of my students' favorite back to school activities. It is the same concept as headbands, minus the headband accessory and this version can be played as a class or smaller groups. I like to split mine into two groups. Here are the rules we use, but feel free to tweak them as you would like!
1. Split the classroom into two groups.
2. One team member goes to the front of the room and sits in the "hot seat".
3. The group of that team member gives clues (either silent or vocal) to get their representative to guess the image on the slide.
4. Set the timer for 1-2 minutes and record how many items that team gets.
5. Switch and allow the next team a turn.
6. Continue until all slides are done!
