Back to School - Get to Know Your Class Activity! First Day of School Activity

Are you looking for a fun first day of school activity to help your students get to know each other?

This Get to Know Your Class Activity is a perfect way to break the ice on the first day of school! Use this set to help your students get to know their new classmates!

This activity will have your students up and moving, interacting with others and making new friends!

To use: Have students walk around the room and find a classmate who fits the description in one of the boxes. Once they find that person, they will have that student write their name in the box. Emphasize the importance of using each name only once! This approach ensures that every student interacts with and involves everyone in the activity. When finished, ask students to make a check mark next to the boxes that also describes them. Explain how this shows that they share common interests with others in the class.

Includes 2 sheets - Use one sheet or both for more options.
