Description

A lesson to teach to students during the first week of school so that email expectations are clearly set. This is a lecture-based lesson where students are introduced to the ideas of formal writing, informal writing, and email etiquette. I personally have students take these notes in a class notebook so that they can refer to them throughout the year. Setting expectations from the beginning is how I create calm and rigorous classroom spaces.
