This is a super first week of school activity for my kids to get comfortable in their new environment. The pictures are perfect so they can understand what they are looking for.
Description
Welcome your new students into your classroom with this fun back to school activity. (It's great for the first day or during a before school "Meet & Greet.) This scavenger hunt is a great ice breaker and helps the kids become familiar with their new classroom. Even non-readers can do this independently because of the pictures.
I made this scavenger hunt based on things in my classroom, but most of the items can be found in a typical primary classroom. If there's an item you wish to exclude from your hunt, either replace with your own substitution or simply delete the entire row. (In Microsoft Word, go to the Layout tab and choose delete.)
