Description
Back to School Bingo can be a fun activity to incorporate during your first days back at school. The words included in the Bingo boards are all “back to school” vocabulary. This allows you to provide reminders and notes to students WHILE you play. For example, if you pick the word, “paper”, you might want to ask, “Where would you go in the classroom if you needed a sheet of paper?” and so on.
Also, this can be a great way to push kids outside their comfort zone on the first few days. For each game, you can pick students to choose the bingo words and then read them aloud to the class.
Most of all, this is a great “down time” activity during the first few days back!
