Back to School All about Me Survey (ESL) English as a Second Language Learners

This All about Me Survey, is perfect for Back to School or any time a new ESL student joins your class. It is made with ESL students in mind and includes pictures to help students of all levels be able to participate.

You’ll learn so much about your students in this one activity. They will be able to share their name, birthday, the country they are from, favorite food and music, what they did this summer and if they like/dislike math reading and school.

This survey can also help students get to know each other better. Have each student fill one out and share it with a partner or the class. It can even be a great resource to model for your students by completing it yourself.

No matter how you use this All about Me Survey, you will give your ESL students the opportunity to share more about themselves and their background.
