Baby Chick Handling Permission Form and Certificate

Use these freebies with your chicken hatching unit! Students take home the permission form to gain access to hold the baby chicks and afterward take home a 'Chick Holding Champ' certificate. These documents are easy to use and come with blank spaces for adding the number of chicks hatched in the classroom, as well as a space for informing parents what day the chicks hatched.
