Included:
-Transition word reference sheet (beginning, middle, and end): perfect for tree maps and graphic organizers
-Student Writing Check-off Sheet: A student writing reflection sheet to make sure they checked their work before submission (saves so much grading time!)
-Circle map- I would consider brainstorming together for lower grades. For upper, having students highlight their top 3 favorite supporting ideas is helpful.
-Organization map- I would consider having students do one idea at a time with 3-5 supports under each with bullet points. Short and concise, quick jots not sentences. Then when they finish these, add that introduction and conclusion.
-The final pages are gorgeous on a bulletin board. I like to have students add their maps to the back so they can show off their steps.
