Shakespeare Shorties playscripts are each about 15 minutes in a performance. They include a fun mix of modern dialogue with real Shakespeare dialogue and naturally hit on the famous quotes. Half the cast are main characters and the other half combine as narrators and small roles so everyone in class has a speaking part. The script is editable so you can update current phrases or rearrange the casting assignments.
INCLUDES
--"Macbeth" as a fun, wise-cracking spoof with spooky themes and complex, over-the-top characters.
--"The Tempest" a spoof full of supernatural characters and a sweet, human ending.
--"Twelfth Night" a third spoof and great comedy with stoic characters and romping plot twists.
