Description

Are your students in need of repeat practice when it comes to finding the author's point of view? Finding a short and manageable practice that does not overwhelm students can be challenging.

These 20 author's point of view task cards with text-dependent reading comprehension questions are the perfect solution to give your 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students the practice they need.

The use of short modern informational texts will help engage your students as they practice answering A/B questions (evidence-based selected response), multiple-select, hot text, and constructed response questions.

The task cards are leveled to help easily differentiate reading passages that will best meet your students' needs. There are 5 Low (3rd Grade), 8 Medium (4th Grade), and 7 High (5th Grade). The levels are based on the ATOS level.

Great for Elementary students. Click for the Middle School set.

There are 20 short passages, 14 Multi-Part (EBSR), 6 Constructed Response, and 6 Multi-Select. There is an author's point of view question on every card, along with a mix of reading standards to help spiral in reading skills practice.

To help save time the answer key includes the Flordia B.E.S.T. Standards, as well as correlating Common Core Standards.
