I updated the calendar. The old version skipped the last day of the month for rare 6-week months, such as May 2021. For any inconvenience this may have caused, I have added a year to the calendar, 2019-2023. Enjoy!

Finally an attendance calendar that auto fills the dates! This calendar will work for four entire school years (2019-20 through 2023-24) by using the drop down menu (click on the yellow box to get started)!

Use the Attendance Calendar to log your service minutes and a student's attendance. Use the service codes listed or edit them to create your own. Perfect for Speech, social work, OT, PT, itinerant services, interventionists, etc.

Print one copy per student and enjoy keeping a year's worth of attendance on a single page.

Start by clicking on the yellow box. Use the drop down menu to choose the year in which a school year begins (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023), e.g., for the 2020-21 school year select 2020. The calendar then automatically fills with the correct dates for the entire school year, beginning in August and ending in July.
