Atomic Habits - Bundle Set: Every Law and Every Chapter

A reading worksheet for ALL of the chapters. Use this as a way to end the school year and to get students thinking about goals they can obtain (with guidance on how to achieve those goals) in the summer.

Atomic Habits provides guidelines and examples for readers in order to encourage positive habits and to help get  rid of negative habits.  The worksheets can be done independently in class or as homework, and covers every chapter in the book

You can either focus on a specific law:

3. Make It Easy
4. Make It Satisfying

or on the Introductory Section or the Advanced Tactics Section as needed depending on what your class needs.

Questions asked are focused on the readings as well as asks students to reflect on their own lives, habits, and goals.

3. The student leader will practice self-management by regulating thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in various situations as they relate to stress, motivation, discipline, and impulse control.
