Assessment Data Tracking

This is a quick and easy assessment tracking tool that has been customized to work with any grade level and common core standard throughout the whole school year. This took some time to perfect, but it works great.
The spreadsheets are pre-programmed and will automatically calculate standard based assessments to clearly show student’s levels. The cells are color coded according to standard based grading scales.

Directions:
Enter in each student's name.
Enter in the standard or standards in the section in the upper section of the spreadsheet. Then through the test we are taking and assess how many questions cover each standard. Everything will be red until you start putting in scores.
This gives you the opportunity to quickly assess who has taken and not taken the test as well as which students are at below grade level, at grade level and above grade level. You can "save as" under a new name each time, or you can select all and paste in a new tab at the bottom and keep all tests together.

5 spreadsheets – There are 5 spreadsheets with different assessment totals (10 point, 12 point, 15 point, 16 point, and 20 point)
Level 4 – Blue, Level 3 – Green, Level – 2 – Yellow, Level 1 – Red
