Description

I have collected a comprehensive collection of resources, activities, and read alouds intended to celebrate Asian Pacific Heritage through virtual field trip to each country. Each country has links to videos, online research resources (Britannica, National Geographic, ect) and cultural activities. These animated Google Slides are highly engaging and great for online, in-person class learning and/or communication. This is an awesome way to keep your audience engaged and allows students of all levels to access. Also a great resource to share with parents to encourage/engage student engagement at home. Currently there are over 100+ resources linked in this bundle, but you will continue to get access as I add more and more items! . All videos are either youtube.embedded or video.link so they are safe for students to access independently. A comprehensive "catalog" is found on the last slide for teachers to easily access resources. In addition to all the resources for each country you will also get free access to:

  • Asian Pacific Heritage Month Resource
  • Asian Pacific Heritage Biographies
  • Asian Pacific Library
  • Passport journal template is included so students can take notes on the countries and keep record of those they have learned about.

And so much more. (The preview below has static pictures, so that you can see all that is included...however the google slides do have animated pictures and graphics that you will get when downloading).

*NOTE: If ANY of the embedded links say you need to request access, it is your school network blocking the share. All items are set correctly to force a copy when clicked on. Many districts block things (including file shares) that are coming from outside of their domain. Please try making the copy from a personal email or Gmail account. Then, you can share the file with your school account. If you request access, I won't be able to grant it or respond to your email request, since the issue is blocked on your end.
