What educators are saying

The general education teachers that I work with have let me know that since implementing the reading passages in therapy, they have noted a positive correlation between their student's reading abilities and sound production in class.
Great resource to use with students working on their articulation goals at the reading level! Love the options between underlined target words and non-underlined depending upon what level they're at.

Description

Do you have articulation students who have achieved the articulation sound at the word, phrase, and sentence level, but have yet to generalize that to the reading or conversation level? If so, this product is for you!

This product includes 266 pages of reading and conversational level articulation. This product has both a teacher version allowing the teacher to make notes, collect data, and score the students’ progress and a student version allowing the student to practice their articulation skills at the reading and conversational level.

The student can start by highlighting the 20 words in the story that include their sound. Next the student reads the story aloud practicing their 20 words. While reading the student can collect data on their sound. Lastly have the student draw a picture of the story and then discuss what happened in the story to work at the conversational level.

There are 6 stories per sound with 2 stories at the initial level, 2 stories at the medial level, and 2 stories at the final level. The sounds H, W, and Y include 2 stories at the initial and 2 stories at the medial level. The blend sounds R, L, and S include 4 initial level blends per sound.

Includes the following sounds:
