Art Project Proposal Form - Free Choice Project - TAB Teaching

This proposal form is a great way for students to begin a guided brainstorming process for their art projects. Students are expected to brainstorm, plan, reflect, and present there project idea before beginning. I use this form in my TAB classroom, and it is the perfect way for my to keep detailed record of what projects each child has worked on. Could be a great resource for 5th to lower level high school art classes.

The form also has a "Project Approval" section giving the teacher or instructor the option to sign off on the project before the student begins.
