Description
A student favorite! Students will use higher-level thinking skills to apply information they have learned about the Mongols to create a CD/Album cover (as you would see on iTunes etc...). My students created the cover after listening to a song that I purchased on TPT at http://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/Mongols-Song-by-EdTunes (you could also use Flocabulary.com). The assignment could also be done as an assessment after learning about the Mongols.
The song is NOT included with this product. Included with this product is a Notes to the Teacher page, assignment sheet, rubric, and many student examples.
This assignment works best after the students have already learned a bit about the Mongols.
Easily adaptable! This product could easily be modified to fit any topic. While this product is a PDF you can purchase an editable Word Document, here:
