A fun food lab that allows students to explore the difference between Organic, Natural, and Original applesauce and formulate their own opinions about Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO) combined with a lesson where students will use learn about the history of apple sauce through videos, readings and activities. It is a great addition to any lesson or unit. The set up of the lesson allows students to move through the information in any way the instructor chooses too. It can easily be added into a lesson or unit or even used on its own.
