Apple Trouble Book and Game Companion NOW WITH BOOM CARDS

Pair the book Apple Trouble with the game Spike the Fine Motor Hedgehog game to have a fun, new, exciting way to act out and tell the story as you read! *NOW WITH A BOOM CARD VERSION FOR DISTANCE LEARNING*

In this free download, you get small visuals of objects from the story to attach to the hedgehog pegs from the game.

Leave pegs on the table or in a container, and as you read, have your students find the right one(s) to put on as you come across them in the story. For example, when the apple falls and gets stuck, place the peg with the apple picture onto the hedgehog.

You'll also get visual sentence strips for each item that got stuck, to help your students expand their utterances and describe what happened in the story.

Using manipulatives is a great way to keep your kids' interest and keep them engaged while you read a story!
