Anecdotal notes are beneficial to help drive your instruction as you develop an awareness of students’ strengths and areas of need. This digital file will help you keep track of student observations without lugging around a giant notepad or binder! You can use these forms as a reference during parent-teacher conferences, to assist with writing report cards, or to share with other teachers who work with your students. This organizer is intended to be used on a tablet or iPad with the Goodnotes app.
