Why is his name "Andy"? Because that's what we say when we see him after a counting number, of course!

For example, read the following decimal - 1.93. It's read 1 AND 93 hundredths! Points and commas we see in math are very different than those we see in literature. When we come across points and commas in math, they are not meant to make us pause, but SAY SOMETHING!
