Ancient Rome: Roman School Simulation Unit

Every year, for about a week, I convert my social studies class into a "Roman School Classroom."

During that time, students attend special lessons and learn some of the Latin language, Latin idioms, and Latin phrases, the Roman money system, Roman numerals, and the ancient Roman calendar.

It is a pleasure for students and the teacher to take part in this activity, which is something completely different for the the class and the teacher (role-playing). This document contains everything you need to run a similar program in your class:
