What educators are saying

The content covered in the stations was well-balanced, encompassing key aspects of Ancient Roman history, culture, and daily life. Students appreciated the variety of activities at each station, from examining artifacts to analyzing primary sources, which catered to different learning styles.
My students enjoyed the stations. I thought some of the material seemed a little juvenile for my group but it worked well to intro the standard.

Description

This content-rich, student-centered, and interactive activity has seven stations detailing the (GRAPES) geography, achievements, social classes, leadership (government and laws), economy, and religion of Ancient Rome.

The readings include pictures, charts, and maps. Questions and interactive mini-activities are underneath the reading and on a separate worksheet for teacher choice. An answer key is included! Teacher instructions and 5 different activity ideas for the same Common Core readings are included. A folding project option was recently added!

There is also a great PowerPoint and notes with a graphic organizer posted that can also be used with this activity!
