You may use clip-art only for commercial use in your own products as long as they abide by the TOU-however this applies only for original products sold on art or teacher resource sits such as TES, Etsy, TPT and similar sites such as Teacher's Notebook and Boom. Commercial use is also acceptable for personal sites or stores run by the buyer in businesses that employ no more than 2 people.
Individuals may NOT remove images and clip art individually or in bundled packets. Art must be secured in PDF, flat PNG or JPEG form, merged with your product. See Acceptable Use regulations if you absolutely must use unflattened art.***
