Ancient Egyptian Hieroglyphics - Crack the Code

This is a fun way to introduce students to ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics. Students are given an Egyptian riddle (mummy joke) they need to solve by writing the translation down in the spaces below each hieroglyph. This printable is six pages and can be used as one worksheet with three riddles (2 pages) or 3 separate worksheets with one riddle on each (1 page each).
