This excellent analysis of the Book of the Dead from Ancient Egypt integrates reading analysis with a fantastic primary source document!

The download features an introduction and then several excerpts from the Book of the Dead followed by open-ended analysis questions, a chart, and finally a short answer response in which students evaluate religion in Ancient Egypt.
