American Revolution ABC Book Project

If your class is studying the American Revolution, this is a fabulous project to culminate what they have learned in the unit. In this project, students create a book that explains vocabulary terms, people, places and events for most letters of the alphabet. (I made the suggestion of combining some letters on a page, XYZ for example, and allowing them to choose one letter to use.)

This project allows students to have some choice in their creation, but still has guidelines and rubrics for self and teacher evaluation.

This product includes:
♦ Information Sheet with Rubrics for Students (2 pages)
♦ ABC Blocks Sheet for students to brainstorm (2 pages)
♦Assessment page with a Social Studies and ELA Rubric for grading
