Description

After not being able to locate the perfect organizer for my students to compile their research on American Indian tribes in Texas, I created it myself. It covers the four tribes listed in the standard below and also has a "ready to add" page for any additional tribes you may wish to include.

History. The student understands the origins, similarities, and differences of American Indian groups in Texas and North America before European exploration. The student is expected to:
A explain the possible origins of American Indian groups in Texas and North America;
B identify American Indian groups in Texas and North America before European exploration such as the Lipan Apache, Karankawa, Caddo, and Jumano;
