Description
This activity is used at the end of a 7th grade Foreign Language Exploratory (FLEX) course. Students are asked to visit the websites for Spanish Burger King, German McDonald's, and French-Canadian KFC. Some questions ask them to infer the meaning of important Spanish French or German words from the websites and others ask them to compare these menus with their American versions. This activity can also be split or translated for use in a level I language class.
