Description
These game paths allow students to color a circle on the game board when they are able to identify a lower case letter, upper case letter, or sight word.
Three different game boards are included:
-Upper Case Letter Identification
-Lower Case Letter Identification
-25 First Sight Words Identification
(using the Fountas and Pinnell High Frequency Word List)
To use in a kindergarten or first grade classroom, ask students to point to and read the letter or word they know. Write the date mastered in the circle, and allow students to color the circle. Motivate students to color the entire game board by a certain date. You may wish to provide prizes for completing an entire path!
This is a great visual for students to monitor their own learning and set personal goals.
