All About You! Student Survey

Imagine the first day of school and all of your new students are walking through the door. You suddenly have 20-30 new human beings to learn their likes, dislikes, strengths, and weaknesses. This student survey allows you to learn about your student's regarding their feelings about school, their hobbies and interests, and some of their favorite things. This Publisher file includes three pages for student responses. The first two pages have columns where students can mark their responses with check marks or X's while the third page requires students to write out their answers to particular questions. These questions can be adjusted and changed depending on your class or purpose of this survey.
