Description

This COLOR THEORY virtual art classroom was created for elementary school students! I've embedded over 30 different hyperlinks featuring color theory songs, read aloud books, an explanation of the different Responsive Classroom expectations (CARES), and a video reviewing each element of art. This product also includes updated K - 6 grade bins and and art techniques slides. As a specialist, I added grade levels for organization of my art lessons during virtual instruction. This resource is ready for you to add your learning targets and lessons in. You can easily adapt or edit the slides and hyperlinks to meet your needs if you are a classroom teacher. These videos are targeted for K - 3rd grade students.

I created this presentation in Google Slides, but you can download the file as a Powerpoint and maintain use of all the hyperlinks. :-)

Directions for Use:

The transparent text boxes with the different grade levels each link to a corresponding slide within this presentation. If you want to adapt this for a different subject, simply change the text to a different letter, image, or word. Make sure the text box is in front of your change so the hyperlink is active. Click the arrow in the top right corner to return to the header slide. You may need to recreate the hyperlinks for your specific presentation. If this is the case, “Publish” your presentation and copy the link of the slide you want your object to lead to. Change the word “edit” in the hyperlink to “present.”

Add hyperlinks to different objects in your Bitmoji Classroom by clicking the “Insert Link” icon with your object selected! You can link objects to activities on school safe websites, specific slides in your Google Slide presentation, pre-curated videos, student work (ie: assignments in Google Classroom), and much more. If you want to add multiple links to the same object or section of the screen, draw a shape and make the fill and outline transparent after you add the hyperlink. If you are using Google Slides, be sure to “Publish” your presentation before sharing with your students.

Don’t forget to create your own Bitmoji version of YOU!

Pro-tip: If you want to find a Bitmoji sticker without all the decorations type “pose” in the search bar of the application. To delete the background, use a free app or website like remove.bg.

If you do not want to use this resource with Google Slides, you can easily download the file as a Power Point or PDF, and it will retain the external links to videos!

*THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY BITMOJI’S. The thumbnail just provides an example for users.*
