Alimentation saine cahier (Grade 1 FRENCH Ontario Health)

In this workbook, students learn about Alimentation saine (Healthy Eating) aligned with the new 2019 Grade 1 Ontario FRENCH Santé (Health) Curriculum.

The workbook teaches about healthy eating in an easy-to-understand way. It covers topics like fruits, vegetables, proteins, and grains, following Canada's Food Guide. It also includes topics like how to listen to your body's hunger and thirst cues.

There is a variety of readings, short answer questions, cut-and-paste activities, and drawing prompts included to create a varied workbook suitable for many learning styles.

To support assessment practices, Ontario curriculum expectations are clearly identified on each page. A unit test is included at the end of the workbook.
