Algebra April Critical Thinking Emoji Logic Puzzles

In this package, you will find 5 puzzles that have designed to allow your students to think critically and experience algebra without actually saying the word algebra.

What's Included:

• Each month will include 5 puzzles.
• One puzzle that uses negative numbers.
• One puzzle that uses numbers larger than 20.
• Most puzzles use only addition and subtraction but some puzzles do involve multiplication and division.
• No knowledge of order of operations is required
• Answer Key

Format of puzzles:

• Each puzzle is on an 8.5 x 11 sheet with a place for answers at the bottom. This would work well as a bulletin board or a puzzle that you project at the beginning, middle, or end of class.

• All 5 puzzles are also included on one page. This would work well if you want to give students all of the puzzles at one time. Or, you could cut apart and use as task cards or in centers.
