Description
This power point presentation goes over different types of air pollution such as emissions and the effects of air pollution. I have used this presentation at the late elementary school level to eighth grade. It could also be used as a refresher course in early high school science classes.
The terms that are defined in this presentation are:
- air pollution
- emissions
- photochemical smog
- temperature inversion
- acid rain
- indoor air pollution
- carbon monoxide
- radon
- the ozone layer
- the ozone hole
- greenhouse effect
- global warming
- climate change
