Description
Instead of your basic vocabulary words, I teach my students, what I call "Ag ID". These terms are items that are used or relate to the agricultural industry. I base each week off a unit we are covering. I relate a term with an image based of the topic of the week. For example, ag mechanics : I have tools listed with the name and an image. such as, hammer, wrench, needle-nose pliers, etc. At the end of the week, the students take an identification quiz, where the students ID the term based on the image.
Each week there are five new "Ag ID" based on different units. Within the same PowerPoint, there is a multiple choice quiz to test the students over.
