Actividades interpretativas: La ciencia y tecnología | La salud y el bienestar: Cinco infografías y pósteres con estadísticas sobre La obesidad en México. Estas infografías introducen a sus estudiantes al tema de la salud en México, el país número 1 en obesidad infanti al al nivel mundial y el #2 en obesidad entre adultos. Las infografías son auténticas y contienen información actualizada, relevante e investigada.

Temas claves: comida chatarra, comida rápida, comida callejera, golosinas, frituras, meriendas, postres, refresco, coca cola, azúcar, diabetes, México, lindo y gordito, adolescentes mexicanos, sobrepeso, sedentarismo, cáncer, sistema inmune, consumo de frutas, legumbres, verduras y cereales. Actividad física, bulimia, anorexia, ley antiobesidad, mala alimentación, desnutrición, gordos, gordura, veganismo, vegetarianismo, veganos, grasas, dieta, Chile, Argentina y más.

El examen de AP Spanish Language & Culture le pide a los estudiantes interpretar textos como un póster, un mapa, una tabla, un letrero y más. Esto sirve como práctica interpretativa de un texto no tradicional.
