Active Learning Cardiorespiratory Training Lab

Support your health, physical education, sports medicine, or exercise physiology students' understanding of cardiovascular fitness and perceived exertion by having them complete this guided cardio lab with the cardio activity of their choice. Students will need a background understanding of RPE to complete this activity.

REPEAT Use: Incorporate active learning by having students complete this activity multiple times performing a different type of exercise each time then ask them to reflect on the differences between experiences and factors that may have impacted/caused these differences.
