This handout used to be part of the Voice in a Jiff workbook, however I had a request to make it available separately in English and Spanish in this product. I have recently updated the format as well, and added a second page, so you now have 2 options in both English and Spanish.

This can be used from Teens to Adults when explaining how to breathe during speech tasks or relaxation work. It is perfect for any type of intervention where breathing is the target.
