What educators are saying

An amazing resource that got students to actually read the textbook! Students struggle to know what's important or to retain the information they read. These resources did a great job of focusing the students attention while also asking them questions to ensure they comprehended the information

Description

This reading guide is structured to help students study the key information from the American Pageant textbook in preparation for the AP exam. It contains questions that align to the course framework for Advanced Placement United States History and was developed by an AP exam reader. The reading guide is broken down by chapter, and each chapter features a key terms section, a chronology section and a set of key questions. The questions are scaffolded to allow students to critically think about the text and extend their learning beyond the information found in the textbook. The key questions were designed to help students pull essential information from each of the 41 chapters of the 14th edition of the American Pageant textbook, but it could easily be used with other AP US History texts.
