Description
Simplify the grading process for AP Language timed writing essays.
Instead of arbitrarily assigning scores of 0-6 on AP Language synthesis, analysis, or argumentative essays, select one of these two grading rubrics. Information reflects the language of the collegeboard grading rubric but is presented categorically in a graphic organizer.
The grading rubric utilizes a checklist of items according to each numerical score. The checklist is more general and allows teachers to check both positives and things to improve.
Reduce the number of comments to handwrite and print one of these to attach to student work.
