AIR CRAFT DESIGN CONTEST: TILTROTOR HYBRID HELICOPTER/ PLANE) GRS.7-12, MG, PHYS

This is an aviation design contest. It can be open to all students grades 7-12. Use it for a science fair, as well. Use it for MG, Gifted/Talented students, too. Use it for engineering classes/ physics/ design. Students design a hybrid helicopter-plane which is electric. Three judges can judge each design. Then, average the overall score from three judges. There is a judge calculating sheet attached. It's good to have 3 judges from 3 different areas. (One can even be an art teacher) There is an award certificate for all who enter the contest. Perhaps, the highest scoring design can be given a token gift, such as a book, game, or if affordable a savings bond? Thanks so much for visiting!
