Description
ABC Exercise & Movement cards are a great way to get kids moving! All you need is a printer or you can view them on your tablet or computer. When printing, I suggest using white cardstock and laminating after so the cards can last longer.
There are 4 exercises per page, the file provided is a PDF. (You will need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader, it is free online).
These exercise require no equipment!
Example of exercises:
- A is for arm circles
- G is for glute bridges
- I is for inhale deeply
- J is for jumping jacks
- Z is for zig zag run
