    Description

This Midsummer Nights Dream and Shakespeare Bundle combines my A Midsummer Nights Dream Comic and Activities and the Intro to Shakespeare Activity Bundle.

The Midsummer Night's Dream set includes summaries of each act. When I teach A Midsummer Night's Dream, I don't like summaries that are too long or give too much away. These summaries not only provide a good visual reference point for each act but they are also fun. I have included Easter eggs in each panel using metaphors from the play that the students have to find.

Also, after each comic is a warm-up activity that gets students actively engaged in the play. Perfect to supplement your current A Midsummer Night's Dream lesson plans.

In addition, I have added my Intro to Shakespeare Activity Bundle. There's a comic the introduces the life and times of the Bard and introduces students to the ins and outs of his language. There's a comic introduction to iambic pentameter as well as an activity with Sonnet 18 in case you want to give students a taste of Shakespeare before you dive into the play. Students can even write their own sonnets! Finally, there's a set of Shakespeare SKill Builder Bell Ringers to help introduce students to the skills they need to read Shakespeare in quick, daily five-minute lessons.

If you teach other Shakespeare plays, be sure to check out my other products including:
