A Knight's Tale Movie Permission Slip

Thinking about showing the movie "A Knight's Tale" in your middle school or high school history class? This is the permission slip I give out for parent permission since it is a PG-13 movie! Permission slip includes justification for why the movie is appropriate to a unit on the European Middle Ages as well as a link to where they can access the content advisory that explains the PG-13 rating.

The product is a Microsoft Word file to allow you to customize the permission slip with your own due date and contact information.
